Why get a subdivision feasibility report at all?

Subdivision feasibility is a crucial stage in ensuring a project’s success. Quite frequently, we encounter clients who believe that simply because they are doing development, they are guaranteed to profit. This is not correct.

A thorough feasibility analysis is a vital step in assuring the success of any project.

Maximise your ROI with the 3C Homes feasibility report

We conduct extensive research on your land and prepare a full feasibility report outlining the anticipated costs of developing your subdivision.

Our feasibility report will provide the key data you'll need to make an informed decision about subdividing your land. It will take into account the whole cost of the project, which includes professional fees, construction expenses, building and landscaping, council payments and development contributions.

Many of our clients are looking for maximum ROI on their development, and a feasibility report can show the possibilities for development. The feasibility study can be utilised as marketing collateral and can assist vendors in obtaining the highest possible price for their properties.

We utilise our professional skills to assist you in identifying danger areas, determining how the site will be serviced, and determining how you can maximise the land's potential under the Auckland Unitary Plan.

Our Site Feasibility Report will establish the feasibility of developing your Auckland property and define the 3C Homes build option that best meets your property development objectives. After being appointed, our Development Team can assist you throughout the planning, subdivision, and construction processes.
