3C Homes was honoured to be invited to the House of the year (Registered Master Builders) awards Auckland watch party last week where we got to meet some amazing local Auckland builders and see some amazing craftsmanship be recognized.
House of the Year competition celebrates building excellence in New Zealand. It awards the best homes and builders and the craftsmanship behind them.
3C Homes entered three of our recent builds into the competition, with two of them winning Bronze awards for 2020.
Our entry for this New Lynn build took out a Bronze in New Home $450,000 – $600,000 category. Clad in weatherboard and with an asphalt shingle roof, this five-bedroom Auckland build has been designed for comfortable living with little maintenance. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and several living areas, it is also an ideal home for extended families. You can read the full write up and check out the photos here.
Our entry for this Meadowbank home also took out a Bronze in Carters New Home $1 Million to $1.5 Million category. With strong lines and a contemporary feel, this five-bedroom home offers modern living across three easy-flow floors. The real heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen. This home has premium fittings, custom cabinetry, and a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar. You can read the full write up and check out the photos here.
Our entry for a Mount Roskill project, titled This is the life, was unfortunately missed out on an award. This four-bedroom luxury residence flows across two levels and has sweeping views of Auckland’s Manukau Harbour. With four bathrooms and two living areas, the 273sqm house is designed for modern living with room to grow. You can read the full write up and check out the photos here.
